When I first started taking profession portraits I remember thinking i would never take wedding photographs because there was only one chance to get some of the portraits just right.

However within a few months I found myself directing wedding parties where to stand and how to pose to capture those once in a lifetime moments.  A wonderful blessing that I hadn't anticipated has happened over the years since I took that leap of faith into full-time photography.  Now when I take pictures at weddings, I am often looking int o the faces that smiled for me as teenagers in their senior pictures. Those brides soon have babies and I am blessed to get to capture those sweet newborns and each of their milestones. I get to continue to be part of their lives and witness some of their most precious moments.  Becoming part of so many families has been unexpected and extremely rewarding. I hope that all of my clients, whether I see them only one or numerous times, feels that sense of family.
